Shay has worked for many years using flowers as an art form. Working overseas and creating many amazing table settings and floral arrangements using local indigenous flora. Now living in the Australian forest, and surrounded by her own garden, inspiration to create is all around. Shay uses edible flowers and other produce from her home garden to make and beautifully decorate delicious, nutritious homemade cakes.
