BLACKWOOD RIVER ARTS TRAIL 2027 3 - 11 APRIL
All artists who wish to participate in BRAT2027 (solo, part of a group & online) must register using this form.
Please note, artists who are part of a group will be unable to register until the Group Form has been completed by your nominated representative.
IMPORTANT - This form does not save your information before submitting, therefore must be completed in one sitting. Please look over the whole form first to ensure you have everything you need before you start.
Things to check before you start

The artwork image you provide for the Trail Guide needs to be a minimum 709 px width and height to ensure a high printing quality at 300dpi. You can find image information by clicking on the inspector icon (i in a circle) in Preview. If the image is too small, it will not upload and you will get an error message.

Please provide a quality photo of your art as this is the principle way visitors select which studios/exhibitions to attend. If you would like advice on artwork photography please reach out before completing this form.

You need to provide the full web address for social links eg https://www.blackwoodriverartstrail.com/ and please test that they work before submitting them (copy and paste into your browser). The correct format appears in the field you fill out with your links. These can be left blank if you don't have these.

Provision of Feedback: In order to apply for funding to assist the committee to continue to deliver this event it is essential to provide funding bodies with evidence of the economic, cultural and social values for our communities. The committee can only do this if we collection data related to visitor numbers, sales, and your experience as a participating artist. All data is de-identified in any reporting of feed back. Solo artists and group representatives will be supplied with documents for recording daily visitor numbers and sales at your venue - all forms are to be returned to your local town coordinator.. An online ‘Artist Feedback’ form is used to collect data related to your personal experience of the trail.
