Big Title

I opened my studio ‘Millside’ in Nannup in 2023. I love what I do, and I think this shows in my work. I have been doing mosaics for over 10 years, and I have attended many courses through MAANZ, the Mosaic Association of Australia and New Zealand, and was the South West rep at one stage.

In a previous life I studied photography, I find the skills I learned very useful in my mosaics.

I find the process of building a mosaic very meditive and enjoy incorporating scraps of discarded wood, and other unusual objects into them.

Along with Carole Patch, who shares my studio space, and passion for mosaics, I have been artist in residence in Beverley twice. The first time we built a chair and mosaiced it in situ, with small items, given to us from locals, included. This now sitts outside the Beverley Station Arts. We are hoping to return again in 2026.
