My artistic instruction has come mainly from attending workshops and summer school classes throughout the southwest of WA over many years.

I am lucky to have a large studio/gallery on the north bank of the Blackwood River in Bridgetown that I open on an adhoc basis throughout the year.

My current work is in oils with a focus on contemporary figurative works, often incorporating stencilling, rich textural and gold leaf elements, and atmospheric, slightly abstracted landscape works that strive for beautiful harmonies.

I am also drawn to painting still life/floral works that can range from the vibrant and graphic to the quite literal and conventional.
