Tracey is a self taught artist who has been painting for many years. She originally worked with acrylics and watercolour however, two or so years ago discovered pastels and has continued with this medium since.

The stunning array of colours and the feel of the pastel stick in the hand and in the page are addictive.

Also, not needing brushes, other tools and mediums other than paper is fabulous.

Tracey enjoys painting en plein air, local landscapes, riverscapes and trees. Recently she has been taking commissions for pet portraits and creating a likeness of someone's beloved pet brings her a lot of joy.
