Exhibiting in Blackwood River Arts Trail At:

Reclaiming Beauty

Uniting Church Hall, 106 Roe St, Bridgetown WA 6255, Australia

Big Title

Trish Durham studied art @ W.A.I.T in the 80's .She has also completed a range of TAFE courses & in addition has attended a vast number of workshops.

Trish has several decades of experience in a diverse array of mediums & environments.

Having run numerous community & private workshops, her true passion is facilitating & encouraging people's access to their own creativity often subdued by negative life experiences & self talk.

Calling herself a facilitator, not a teacher as such ,Trish believes no one should tell you how to express yourself, merely to guide & be there to offer technical support & information if wanted.

Over her career Trish has been involved in a huge number of solo & joint exhibitions both in WA & the Eastern States.

Works have been sold domestically & internationally.

Celebrating colour, works often feature layers of texture & found/reclaimed objects

"I love to take the broken & unloved things & bring them to beauty, all the time remembering that art should be a source of joy"
